Vision

The tech opportunities and initiatives in the Netherlands and especially in Brainport are booming. This brings loads of opportunities for the region and its people as well as challenges to make sure goals and ambitions will be reached.

Knowledge and people are key and a good attraction and retention strategy is needed for the scarce high tech talent in The Netherlands and abroad.

My personal goal is to be connector and participator in a multi helix model for SME’s and corporate organisations regarding attraction and retention of their high skilled knowledge workers. Happy employees are ambassadors for the region and this will lead to more opportunities for local and international people and businesses.
